Withdrawals to accounts not matching the registered Player's identity will not be processed.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonus offers made available on the d63jl platform are subject to these general bonus terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions attached to individual promotions. In the event of a conflict, the specific terms of an individual promotion shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless specifically stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a d63jl account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. 7.2 Technical Failures. 12.2 Balance on Suspension. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance held in the account will be frozen until the investigation is complete. If no breach is found, the balance will be returned to the Player. If a breach is confirmed, d63jl reserves the right to forfeit the balance in whole or in part, depending on the nature and extent of the breach.
12.3 Voluntary Closure. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting d63jl support via Live Chat. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and standard withdrawal verification procedures.
12.4 Dormant Accounts.
